Pour + Sip FAQ
Interested in making a custom candle with us? Great! We understand there will be a few questions you may have. We compiled a few of the more frequent ones we get about Pour + Sip.
Q. Do I have to be 21+ to attend?
A. No, however, upon your sign of the Pour + Sip Waiver, you agree that in order to consume alcohol you must be 21 years of age or older. You also present valid identification if you intend to do.
Q. What is provided at the event?
A. All the materials needed to pour candles, light refreshments, water, and plasticware and great music will be provided at no additional cost to you.
Q. Can I bring food?
A. Yes! Very light bites are permitted. However, due to space and time limitations, anything heavy or hot should stay home.
Q. How many people can I bring?
A. A $55 purchase admits (1) one attendee. Any additional people must purchase a separate ticket.
Q. What if I can no longer attend? Will I get a refund?
A. Unfortunately, we have a "no refunds" policy on Pour + Sip experiences. However, you may reschedule to another class by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Do I need to complete the waiver to attend?
A. Yes! This is non-negotiable. You can find it here!
Q. How long does the candle making experience last?
A. Approximately 2 hours. Some classes may finish sooner.
Q. Can children participate?
A. Yes! We invite all children 10+ that are accompanied by an adult to come.
Q. Do you accept walk-ins?
A. Unfortunately, no not at this time.
Q. What happens if there is a snowstorm or severe weather conditions?
A. In the event of severe weather conditions, we will reschedule all dates that are impacted. You will get a link to pick a new date. There will be no refunds given in this case. All participants must pick a new date.
Q. Do we have to bring our own alcoholic beverages?
A. Yes, this is a BYOB event so light alcohol (wine, wine coolers, beer) is permissible. This doesn't mean you can't bring non-alcoholic beverages. They are always encouraged.
Q. Do you have ample parking?
A. No, unfortunately, off-street parking is limited and spaces vary by weather, day and time of day. There is a regional train (R5) that stops just behind our store if you'd like to take public transportation.
